Genevieve Davy has more than 25 years experience in leadership and organizational development. Genevieve has successfully coached individuals and conducted initiatives in North America, Europe and Japan. Her experience working within global firms on talent and organizational development initiatives provides a rich understanding of business and organizational dynamics. This is coupled with her academic experience.
Prior to starting her consulting practice, Genevieve spent nine years with Citi. There, she held various roles including serving as an internal consultant to senior business heads in the corporate and investment bank as well as managing the leadership development curriculum for North America. She was also on the coaching faculty for Citi’s senior-most leadership program sponsored by the CEO. Prior to Citi, Genevieve spent 3 years with the talent development team at Prudential Securities and 4 years in Human Resources at May Department Stores Company.
Cecilia Gorman is a veteran of the advertising industry where she spent 20+ years in production, recruiting and human resources. She hails from Orange County, CA, spending the bulk of her career at Y&R Advertising where she was VP, Creative Services. She led Global Creative Operations at Oakley and was head of HR and Training as VP, Organizational Leadership at Innocean USA.
Cecilia is a DISC-certified Executive Director with the John Maxwell Team and the owner of Creative + Talent + Partners, a training consultancy that specializes in the development of new and struggling managers and the teams they lead. She’s also the co-founder of Empowership, a year-long training and mentorship program designed exclusively for women. Recent clients include RPA, Garage Team Mazda, wPromote, Style Haul, JWT Inside, and Oakley. It’s been her mission to inspire, educate and motivate people toward their greatest potential.
